Springbank Park Meet is Thursday October 2. All athletes are excused from class at 11:15am. All races are to be completed in London by 5:30, therefore we should be back aro;und 6:30-7pm.
Tuesday's practice will be a hill workout. Be sure to run on your own on Wednesday, no longer then 25min, easy.

St.Anne's Invitational
Congratulations to all runners who participated in the St.Anne's Invitational on Thursday, September 25. All runners did very well. Top finishers for CHSS were Grant Bolton, 4th in the Boys race ; Nicole McIntosh 9th in the Girls Race.
