Time change for Thursday's run

Thursday's run will be at 5:30, at the Clinton Conservation Area. I have to be at a hockey game in Wingham by 6:45. If you have already arranged rides for Thursday still come at 6, I can get you started. Hopefully, the late afternoon run will produce more numbers then this morning.
I have just talked with Micheal Park, 5:30 is supper time at his house, he is planning a run at 8pm. If you would like to go for a run with Micheal at 8pm give him a call.

Just thought I would remind everyone of the 2 runs coming up at the Clinton Conservation Area. We will meet Tuesday morning 9am and Thursday evening 6pm. I will be there to get you started.

Welcome to a New Season Of Redmen Cross Country

I know many of you have been running all summer, and are just dying to come back to school and start the season. I am planning to have run practices similiar to last year. That is practices Monday through to Thursday after school. Our first practice will be September 2 after school. I am not sure if the late bus will be running to Seaforth or not, I will check and be sure to post it for you.

For those of you that would like to start the season a little earlier and can arrange rides, I will be at the Clinton Conservation Area on Tuesday, August 26 at 9am and again on Thursday, August 28 at 6pm. Anyone interested in going for a run is invited. Please be sure to pass this on.

The date for Huron Perth is October 22 at the Morrison Dam Trail just outside of Exeter, WOSSA is being held on October 29 , location is yet to be determined.
